To Parents

Welfare & Saftey:

1. Do not drive your cars onto school premises after 8:25am and before 5:00pm.
2. Please help your children by bringing them to school on time.
3. Please collect your children from school. Do not ask them to meet you on the road.
4. If coming to school during the working day to collect/deliver your child, please report to the Secretary's Office immediately on your arrival.
5. If collecting children from 'After School Care' please make sure the Front Door is closed behind you on entering and leaving the building.
6. School must be informed of all medical conditions. Children with inhalers should have an extra emergency one named and in the safe keeping of the office.
7. Medicine, ie. anti-biotics etc, that parents wish their children to take at school must be handed to their teacher.
8. Please put any money (correct amounts please) sent in with your child in a clearly marked envelope.
9. As space in the front of the hall is limited at 3:15pm, if you miss the dismissal of your child's class, please wait outside until all classes are dismissed before coming in to collect your child.

Attendance:

1. Please provide us with an 'Absense Note' for all days off or parts thereof. Also, please telephone the office in the morning to report any absence and provide a reason for this.
2. Holidays during termtime are not permitted as they undermine a child's education.
3. School should be advised of all dental and other appointments by letter beforehand with details of who will collect the child from school. For safety reasons children must be signed out at the Secretary's Office.

Uniform:

1. Please make sure that your child wears the full school uniform to and from school. A copy of the school uniform list is available from the school office.
